We high-pressure clean the whole roof to strip away dirt, moss and lichen. No harsh chemicals on your cement tiles or Colorbond, and where needed we disconnect downpipes first to keep the runoff clear of stormwater.
Loose and broken ridge caps are re-bedded in fresh mortar, then re-pointed with flexible Flexi-point that moves with the roof instead of cracking like old cement.
A penetrating sealer soaks into the tile and binds the surface, locking down any chalky oxidised layer so the top coats grip properly instead of sitting on top like cheaper water-based products.
Two coats of quality roof membrane go on thick for a glossy, hard-wearing finish that looks like a brand-new roof and protects it for years to come.

Yes, and most clients have us do both at once. We'll reseal, prime and colour-match the gutters and fascia to your newly restored roof, or to your existing trim colour if you'd rather keep it. Easier to do it all in one visit than book a separate trade later.
Every job is backed by a 10-year written warranty on the roof coating. If the paint peels, flakes or cracks in that window, we come back and sort it. We stand behind our workmanship too. If something's not right, we fix it.
Yes. In most cases we carefully mask around the panels so the job gets done with them in place. If they need to come off for a clean finish, we'll flag it upfront in the quote and help coordinate with your solar installer.
